Our appointments are scheduled exclusively for each patient. We try our
best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time for
scheduled appointments. Regular examinations and checkups are necessary even if you consistently brush and floss your teeth. The Dentist is trained to detect and diagnose potential problems and recommend the appropriate treatment. These regular exams ensure problems are caught at the earliest possible time instead of waiting until a problem has caused severe pain and requires a costly solution. As part of our Soft Tissue Management (STM) program each individual patient will have a cleaning and checkup schedule personalized according to their needs. All of our Hygiene care appointments are prescheduled. This means that your next hygiene care appointment will be scheduled while you are in the office for your current hygiene appointment. We will confirm your appointment by telephone or e-mail prior to your scheduled appointment. Our Cancellation Policy- It is our policy to see patients on an appointment basis and we request that you call us in advance so that space may be reserved for you. Cancellation of you appointment on very short notice makes it impossible for us to allocate your reserved time to other patients who are in need of immediate dental health care. Please advise our office at least 48 business hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. We thank you for your consideration.
