Please bring your insurance booklet with you for your first dental appointment.  Notify the receptionist if your insurance coverage has changed since your last appointment.

Our office offers electronic claims processing and we accept cash, debit card, Visa and MasterCard.  Financial arrangements are available upon request and our receptionist would be happy to discuss all options with you.

We will provide you with a written treatment plan for major dental treatment and if you have insurance coverage a predetermination will be sent to your insurance company.  Prior to proceeding with any major dental treatment, one of our staff will call you to discuss fees and any financial arrangements.
